Super easy to set up, and works great! We now run GWP offers all the time and it has been a great addition to our marketing mix.
Seems like they are not supporting different languages in one store. Unfortunately.
Hi Schleich GmbH team, Nathan here, the product manager of EG. I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed with our app's current lack of support for translated product handles. I understand how this limitation can be frustrating for stores with multilingual needs. Support for translations is on our roadmap, but at the moment, we are focused on other key developments in preparation for Black Friday. Implementing translation support requires thorough planning, design, development, and testing to get it done right, unfortunately, we are currently unable to allocate the necessary resources for such a large task. While I understand your disappointment, I want to clarify that we do not advertise nor claim that EG offers support for translations anywhere on our app listing or elsewhere. As a small team, we must prioritize features that will benefit the majority of our users. It is unfortunate that this led to a 2-star review, especially after our discussion where I thought I had reached an understanding. Please consider how you would feel if your store received a negative review for not offering a product you have never stocked. We value all feedback and are committed to improving our app, but we also need to manage our resources effectively. I can see you raised a support request, which was replied to and we sent a store access request to debug the cause of the problem. But perhaps our email replies were lost because we did not hear back from you. I want to make this right, I want to find out what went wrong and what we can do to make it right. We like the layout of the app and all the cool promotions we can run. The customization is great but what's more importantly customer service is great. Stephanie solved my issue with the app and made sure my needs were communicated to the tech team so they could further patch and improve their products. I feel ready now to kill my next promo. It is quite helpful to have this ability to increase cart values. Does every customer like the idea of it, no. But you can't please everyone. You are better off offering it, than not.

This is the best ap in the Shopify ecosystem. We used to pay developers thousands of dollars to add customized "auto add to cart" features into our store. EG Auto Add enables staffers, including myself, with rudimentary technical skills to create custom action items. An example: if someone buys a bike, auto add a lock to the check out, at additional charge, or perhaps no charge etc. It solved ALL our "force add to cart," problems, and it's never failed.

EG Auto Add to Cart Free Gift is exactly what we needed! The app seamlessly adds a gift with purchase to the cart, and it's very user-friendly. We encountered an issue with a competing script from another app, but Nathan hopped on a call and worked with us until it was fully resolved. Very grateful for the exceptional support!
