Our team was looking for an app that adds free gifts into the shopify carts and this is the best one we've come across. Not only is the interface super easy to use but there are so many customizations. We faced some trouble implementing our rule and contacted their team and within a day they were able to hop onto a call and help us through the issue step by step. Not only but they are taking our experience into account and constantly fixing their app to increase customizations. Can't wait to see what else thsi app has in store.

Free gifts are a key part of marketing, and it’s essential that customers don’t have a bad experience or sellers incur losses due to malfunctioning apps. I’ve installed and tested various free gift apps, and I finally concluded that this app works perfectly. Despite its simple settings, it allows for detailed customization to suit different scenarios. I discovered a very rare issue that doesn’t significantly impact its functionality. They responded immediately and fixed the issue during a video meeting exactly as I requested. Their support is truly world-class, and it’s a pity I can only give them five stars. Thanks Nathan and Alex.

I can see you raised a support request, which was replied to and we sent a store access request to debug the cause of the problem. We like the layout of the app and all the cool promotions we can run. The customization is great but what's more importantly customer service is great. Stephanie solved my issue with the app and made sure my needs were communicated to the tech team so they could further patch and improve their products. I feel ready now to kill my next promo. It is quite helpful to have this ability to increase cart values. Does every customer like the idea of it, no. But you can't please everyone. You are better off offering it, than not.

This is the best ap in the Shopify ecosystem. We used to pay developers thousands of dollars to add customized "auto add to cart" features into our store. EG Auto Add enables staffers, including myself, with rudimentary technical skills to create custom action items. An example: if someone buys a bike, auto add a lock to the check out, at additional charge, or perhaps no charge etc. It solved ALL our "force add to cart," problems, and it's never failed.

Only app which actually works with adding free gifts without adding weird named coupon names or straight up bugs out when doing what you want it to do. Great app!

EG Auto Add to Cart Free Gift works great. Creating Free Gift upsells is super easy with this app.
