4 days without support. Doesn't seem like this app is very active.
We are incredibly frustrated by this review. We received your request on December 7th at 1:29pm and a response was sent on December 7th at 1:44pm. This response was sent to the gmail account used to initiate the request via Shopify. We are in fact a very active application powering thousands of daily Gift emails for merchants all over the world. We would invite you to check your spam, or get back in contact using the contact form on our website and we would be happy to get you all setup.
We were looking for an app that would allow us to send gifts directly from our site and this one checks all the boxes! Their customer support team is extremely responsive and was able to fix everything we needed them to. So far the app is functioning really nicely with our storefront.
