We are incredibly frustrated by this review. We received your request on December 7th at 1:29pm and a response was sent on December 7th at 1:44pm. This response was sent to the gmail account used to initiate the request via Shopify. We are in fact a very active application powering thousands of daily Gift emails for merchants all over the world. I'm always on the lookout for tools that can enhance my customer's experience and drive more sales. Recently, I stumbled upon the Giftly app, and I must say, it has been an absolute game-changer in just a short time! I was SO impressed by how responsive the Giftly team has been throughout the set-up process. From the moment I reached out about integrating the app into my store, their support was above and beyond. They are super quick to address any and more than willing to assist me throughout the entire process. Hands down, some of the best (if not the best) customer service I have ever experienced with an app!

We were looking for an app that would allow us to send gifts directly from our site and this one checks all the boxes! Their customer support team is extremely responsive and was able to fix everything we needed them to. So far the app is functioning really nicely with our storefront.
