4 days without support. Doesn't seem like this app is very active.
We are incredibly frustrated by this review. We received your request on December 7th at 1:29pm and a response was sent on December 7th at 1:44pm. This response was sent to the gmail account used to initiate the request via Shopify. We are in fact a very active application powering thousands of daily Gift emails for merchants all over the world. Great customer service! The team has been very responsive to help us with the App install and config.
