If you have questions you shouldn't hesitate to ask for help. GiftLab was able to add value to the basic shopify checkout process. The upgrade to the top tier was worthwhile.It allowed us to move the checkout question so customers could interact more with it. Also, thank you for the 10-day free trial. This gave a roomy testing period to figure out how the pop up was prompted, what that looked like and gave time to see how and if our customers used it.
