We've had trouble with other digital gift message apps in the past. Customers were confused by the UX, and there were limited options. This app is FAR superior!! I love that customers can add a video or digital greeting card along with their message. We've already had customers use it and we've gotten no complaints or questions.

great app, it has many customizable options. I was able to get instantly assisted by the tech team via video call, they helped me set up the app on my store. Great design, maybe the popup is a little bit slow for 22' standards but it does the job. Suggestions: Add a badge on the order note and make more clear which product needs to be wrapped, as of now it simply adds a product called 'gift wrap' to the checkout. It'd be better to have it already bundled and more clear to which product.

We needed a gift option for a select number of products in our quite large store and ran into trouble trying to apply the option to so many products. This is the best app I have looking for. The support that Skai Lama gave us is incredible. A minor layout issue with my theme that was fixed by them in 5 MINUTES! I will download their other app solution because I need and because I know I can trust them. Keep the doing the great work!! ;)
