The Giftnote app is intuitive, reliable, and integrates seamlessly into our processes. It has made managing gift messages and customer interactions much more efficient. A special shoutout to Nick and the Giftnote support team who have been outstanding. Their responsiveness, expertise, and willingness to help with any questions or tweaks make managing updates and changes much easier. Highly recommend Giftnote to any business looking for a simple and effective gifting solution backed by fantastic service.

Great gift message app. Support was excellent but didn't need a whole lot aside from some setup questions. Offering gift message option has helped conversion during gift giving season. Highly recommend this app.

We’ve loved using Giftnote. Super easy to set up, clean UX, and it genuinely makes the gifting experience feel more thoughtful and premium, without adding operational headaches on the backend. Their team has been responsive and great to work with, and the integration was way smoother than expected. It’s one of those tools that just works and quietly improves the customer experience. Highly recommend for any DTC brand looking to level up gifting without overcomplicating things.

Installation is easy - the team does it for you. Customizing the interface for your brand is intuitive and quick. Our customers were asking for a gift note feature, and this was the best option.

Our experience using this feature has been extremely smooth. We have implemented Giftnote for Corporate Gifting Initiatives. Our DTC customers use the gift message feature quite often as well. Nick has been both responsive and helpful throughout the process, and in ensuring settings make sense for how our brand operates! If your product is in the gifting space, this is a great option.

We’ve had a great experience with this app. Initially, we planned to use it mainly during peak gifting periods, but after reviewing performance and usage, we decided to keep it active year-round — and we’re still seeing consistent usage post-holiday, which has been a great surprise. The app has been working smoothly, with no complaints from customers. We did encounter a minor issue with email messaging, but that was related to our internal setup rather than the app itself. Overall, we’re very happy with the performance and value it provides, and we appreciate how relevant it is beyond traditional gifting seasons. Looking forward to upcoming features and continued improvements.

Giftnote is KEY for corporate gifting, offering multi address shipments to your customers, and ecommerce giftcards. Working with Nick and his team has been a wonderful experience. They are incredibly helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. Top notch support, not just during the initial set up, but also after. 10/10 gifting engine and 10/10 tech support.
