Super elegant solution to gift notes, especially for people working with 3rd party fulfillment where in-box solutions are clunky and expensive. Especially since the addition of the option to include their widget on 2.0 themes in product pages & at checkout. Great support from the team. They're very thoughtful and know what they're doing.
