Our business is heavily centered around gifting, so I was eager to start using Giftnote. The implementation process was smooth and straightforward, and Nick has been incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. The app itself is intuitive and easy to use, making it a fantastic addition to our website and enhancing our customers’ shopping experience. We’ve had zero issues since launching. I highly recommend!

Gifting flows feel native, checkout is smooth, and support is on point. As the owner of Hill Country Chocolate, I can confidently say that Giftnote has revolutionized our corporate gifting operations. Before discovering this app, we struggled immensely with multi-ship options - a critical feature for our business model. Comprehensive Solution: Giftnote solves problems that were costing us both time and sales. The ability to send different notes to different recipients, vary cart contents per shipment, and seamlessly upload CSV files has completely transformed our workflow. Everything that was once manual and error-prone is now automated and reliable. Superior to Competitors: We had tried numerous other multi-ship solutions, but they were clunky and ineffective. Giftnote, by contrast, integrates perfectly with our Shopify store, coordinating shipping labels and order processing in a way that's both elegant and efficient. Beautiful UI: The user interface is conversion-friendly and makes the customer experience as delightful as our chocolates. Outstanding Support: Perhaps most impressive is the support team - they're among the best developers we've worked with in the Shopify ecosystem. Their attentiveness and expertise made implementation smooth and painless. The Bottom Line My only regret is not finding Giftnote before last holiday season - I'm certain we would have significantly increased our already strong sales numbers. A great solution to the gift message problem. It is prohibitive for our warehouse to include gift messages in our parcels, particularly during peak. Giftnote gives the customer a quick and easy solution to send as a gift, would recommend this app to those looking for a gift message solution.

Great app and amazing support! We've struggled a lot with finding a gift card app that integrates with our email platform and this was a huge win to find Giftnote! Nick has been awesome to work with and helped with our entire set up and post launch questions. I highly suggest using them!

This is a superb app for corporate gifting and for allowing your customers to send gift messages with their orders. For years we had been frustrated with utilizing spreadsheets to enter orders into Shopify, and it was a labor intensive process. By adopting Giftnote, we've been able to offer our customers a self service portal to place their multi-recipient gift orders. This reduces our small customer service team's involvement in the process, while also allowing easy payment with our processing rates through Shopify Plus. If you are looking to create a multi-recipient gifting portal without breaking the bank or hurting your margins, you've found the right app. Additionally, if you are looking for the ability to offer your customers a gift message via email or SMS, this app will be perfect for you!

We installed Giftnote in the middle of peak gifting season in 2024 to enhance our e-Gift Card experience. Nick’s onboarding support was exceptional – especially with the Klaviyo integration – and he's continued to check in throughout the year. We’re excited to explore gift messaging with Giftnote next!

We started using Gift Note around 6 months ago now and have already had thousands of customers choose to use it despite us charging to do so. This extra revenue, along with keeping our customers happy and the chance to re-market to those receiving the gift note has been a huge added value to our business.
