We have had "multi order gifting" on our roadmap for years, but with a small team it was a bit of a pipedream. Luckily for us, Nick reached out to us to see if we were interested in trying our their new multi order feature. Once we had the demo, the answer was an instant YES! For something so complex, the app was actually one of the easiest to set up. Nick and the Giftnote team are so receptive to feedback and very helpful with any issues that crop up. They've made what would normally take us hours of management with various csv sheets, a really quick and easy solution for our corporate customers. It is a life saver in busy periods internally as well! If you have customers looking to place multi orders, definitely check this out.

We've partnered with Giftnote to make life that little bit easier for our customers when it comes to gifting to friends and family during life's special moments. The app integrated seamlessly with Shopify and linked effortlessly with our Yotpo CRM. So far, we love having it as part of our suite and our customers do too. Highly recommend!

Terrific app. Breathtakingly easy to integrate within Shopify and Klaviyo. Fantastic onboarding and service (the team are quick to respond and proactive). Analytics provides fast insight into how the service is performing to make ROI easy to measure. Not to mention, it's heartwarming to read all the gift messaging from customers.

Giftnote has been a huge asset for our business. The setup was seamless, thanks to Nick’s incredible support, and the app integrates smoothly with Klaviyo & Shopify. Our customers love the personalised gifting options and send on arrival functionality. The customer service has also been fantastic —Nick is quick to respond and offer solutions. We’re excited to see how it performs over Christmas, but it’s already exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

From a customer perspective, the Giftnote UX is the best out-of-box option for Shopify by far. It allows customers to control the communication of their gift from order to delivery. From our vantage as e-commerce operators, the implementation was reasonably easy. There were some minor hurdles, but Giftnote's CS team took the reins and helped launch the enhancement. I wholeheartedly recommend Giftnote. There is not a better gift experience in the Shopify App Store.

Highly recommend Giftnote for any business looking to enhance their gifting options! Nick was amazing during the entire setup process. He addressed all of our questions and made integration quick and easy. Since then, we haven’t had any issues.

I have tried at least a couple of similar apps to embed gift message and card widget onto my website. I really like this Giftnote the best of all. What is most important to me is the support. I have asked for a few help already in the firt few days of my trial and get answers back straight away or in a day, which I think is very prompt. Very happy with the app.

Incredible customer service. Within days our store already had gifts being given, and are now harvesting new emails of the gift recipients. This is an absolute no-brainer.
