This app has been fantastic for implementing gifting functionality on our client's winery website. Flexible and versatile, we've integrated it with our CRM & email marketing platform seamlessly to personalise each gifting option and journey. Whenever we had a question, Nick was quick to respond and jump on a call to walk us through a fix or offer solutions. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is wanting to elevate their gifting experience.

GiftNote has been an amazing app that has helped solve our gift messaging problem. We used to send the note that the user wrote to our 3PL to be printed on a piece of paper but now GiftNote digitizes this experience and enables the customer to decide when they want their message delivered. They integrate with all the carriers we work with and also integrate with our ESP so that we can style the email as we want. Nick and the entire GiftNote team have been extremely responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend this app!

We love the giftnote app. We had a custom built solution that we ripped out in favor of gift note. The UX is perfect and the analytics are super helpful. The team was also great in helping onboard us. Highly recommend.

This app is awesome - we were looking for a solution for personalised messaging at checkout and this has ticked all the boxes enabling our customers to gift our product easily, seamlessly and thoughtfully. Easy to install, no issues and great support.

Great solution for gifting for shopify stores. Only feedback I would have is it would be better to show assets as giftcards not just colours, but this is a feature longer term. Thanks

Giftnote is the perfect app for adding gift messages to orders. Love that users can decide to delivery via email or text right when items get delivered. This works great for us because our products are perishable. Very inexpensive compared to other apps but full of features. Nick has been great to work with! He responds very quickly to any requests and open to feedback too.

This app has been a game changer! We were stuck using Shopify's default gift notes system, which wasn't working properly with our warehouse. We spent money on our dev team to try and fix the issue to no avail. Customers were calling up and complaining. For e-gift cards, it was a cumbersome process for our customers. Gift note made it so much easier. Customers can now schedule the sending of the gift card and they also get an email confirmation once their recipient receives the email. And the emails integrate seamlessly with Klaviyo, which is our go-to ESP, as all apps integrate with it. Installation is easy as GiftNote sets it all up for you.

Great app for enhancing the gifting experience for both the giver and recipient. Onboarding was quick and easy with team really helpful. The analytics available on the dashboard are really useful too.
