The team at gift note went over and above to support our implementation. The app works perfectly, fits in with our theme thanks to Gift Note and they have continued to support us and give us tips on how to optimise. Looking forward to gifting season when we will see the use of Gift note go crazy!

We have just installed gift note, the team are super helpful and happy to assist with the entire onboarding from start to end. Within 2 days we have already had a number of orders taking up the gift messaging which gives us super insightful data on our customers. As well as providing exceptional customer experiences.

The perfect solution for any gifting business who's looking to scale while maintaining gift note options for their customers! If handwriting gift cards or 3PL warehouses are unmanageable/unsupported services, this is the app for you. It's super easy to set up and both customers & recipients receive elegant looking flows and smooth communications on the gifting journey. We love that it triggers gift notes at the exact time of delivery of the gift arriving! Nick has been amazingly helpful throughout the entire onboarding process, going the extra mile to tailor solutions to suit our specific business needs as well. Keep up the great work team!

We were looking for a way to make it easy for customer to gift, which we noticed was already happening. By implementing Giftnote, it's eased our previously manual gift note experience and have automated all of it. Customer usage has been steadily increasing and haven't had any issues since implementation! Nick was also very very helpful in addressing any issues and with implementation. Would definitely recommend!

We have been using this app for over the festive period on our store and have had a good amount of success with it. Customers like being able to send gifts to people, and with this app, that is super easy for them to do with a minimal amount of time required to get it up and running on the store.
