We needed a quick gifting solution last BFCM and were scrambling to find something until we stumbled upon Giftnote. It was super quick to install and was exactly the kind of digital gift note app we needed. We were able to integrate it with Klaviyo so the gift messages were still on brand. Any time we needed more support or additional data, Nick from Giftnote swiftly swooped in and helped us with solutions and pulling analytics. We're excited to see what more we can do with the app in the future!

The app is very user-friendly and easy to set-up and our customers love sending gift notes, especially over the holidays and Valentine's Day! Would recommend using for any gifting products.

Can't recommend this app enough, the integration was so quick. It's super easy to set up for international delivery and expansion, which is crucial for us as a multi-regional business with multiple stores.

I like this app, it's very additive to the shop. It's early days to see how much it's used but it has good functionality and customisation, and the support to get it installed has been great.

Excellent app which has improved our customer experience on our website, increased our tracking and understanding of customer gifting behaviours and added a welcome additional service selling point. The Giftnote team have also provided excellent support right through out the process making it an easy and seamless addition to out backend. This app is just exactly what we needed for our customers. If your looking to offer your client to send Gift messages or offer Gift Card Giftnote will do it for you in a very smart and reliable way. Easy to setup ( with the support of Nick it's even easier ), Stable, No extra dirty code that slows down the website. The app enhance what shopify is able to do natively. It's definitly top app.

I've been searching for an app like this for so long, I even had a developer try to create a custom email flow for me (to no avail) - and I finally found Giftnote! It has everything I need, the process is seamless, and the customer support is stellar. I really can't recommend it enough!

The team has been super helpful with our integration and helped us fix the bilingual language issue we had. The app is doing exactly what it's supposed to and it's a great way to incentivize customers to use our products as gifting.

Giftnote has allowed us to empower our customers to make personalised purchase for their loved ones, as easily as selecting a box at the check out. We've also loved that we can use this as another upselling and gifting opportunity around special days of the year such as Mother's Day or Easter, making the gift that little bit more special and considered than sending a regular gift card. Highly recommend!
