This app was a huge success upon installation. Our customers loved that they could send gifts direct to loved ones with an email or SMS sent upon delivery.

A large part of Riot Art & Craft's sales come from gifting, so we're always on the lookout for ways that we can provide the best experience for our customers as well as make our operations more efficient. Giftnote is an actually unique approach to online gifting that we haven't seen before and our customers love it. It's been a total no-brainer and it's easy to manage, can't really ask for much more out of an app.

Giftnote is an excellent tool for all our customers to create a personalised message during the checkout process. The templates are great and the customer service has been second to none as well for any questions or queries. I recommend this one to all new users!

Just what we were looking for. Being able to offer a digital card to our customers has totally streamlined our business, improved processing efficiency, reduced costs and on the other hand increased sales. We now use Giftnote as our free option to customers and can charge for a physical message card. Cannot recommend more highly- a must for any Gifting Business!!
