I used another widely used app for five years. Finally, someone came along and fixed all the issues it had. Giveaway gator works better and saves me a ton of money a month, and just in time too. I was on the hunt to have an aopp built for me. I had a few requests, and they implemented them for me. Can't ask for much more.

No support. Doesn't respond to emails. Software does not work as intended. I even hired a developer to input code, says its messed up and wont work. Showing 200x and 750x entries randomly on products.
