We were looking for a way to offer gifting for our subscription product, which has a fairly nuanced setup and presents a few unique challenges. It definitely wasn’t a one-size-fits-all use case, and they helped throughout the process. What’s stood out the most is how responsive and communicative they’ve continued to be. Having real people who are easy to reach and quick to help makes such a difference, especially when you’re trying to fine-tune a more complex setup. If you need a gifting solution and your requirements aren’t totally standard, we can’t recommend Givy enough.
