This app is an absolute joke. I uploaded 2 GLB models of my eyeglasses, but they've been stuck for 3 days. Tried to reach out for support, but no one answered. Totally unusable. Waste of time and money.

The process is very easy and intuitive. It's also fast (one or two days) to create the models. I had some questions along the way and the support helped me a lot!
