After waiting for 3 days after the GLB model was uploaded, I finally received a response from the team and they also elaborated the model properly. The experience was initially frustrating but then everything was fixed promptly by the team. Thank you guys!
Hi Klaroptix team, We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and for the frustration this caused. Your GLB files were uploaded on Jan 23. As mentioned in our email sent on the morning of Jan 26, GLB models require a manual review by our human designers before they can be processed by our AI system. Since Saturday and Sunday are our weekly days off, this unfortunately resulted in a short delay in review. This human-in-the-loop process is in place to ensure the highest possible 3D quality and to avoid repeated revisions later, which would otherwise cost more time on both sides. We truly value your business and would love to continue working with you. We hope for your understanding, and if everything is clear now, we would really appreciate it if you could consider updating your review. Thank you so much.

This APP is great, and good customer service
From start to finish, the integration process was smooth. Setting up the app was effortless, with clear instructions that made activation a breeze. The virtual try-on feature works flawlessly, providing a realistic and engaging experience for customers. Their customer support is truly the best! Whenever I had a question, their support team responded quickly with clear and helpful guidance. Thank you!
The process is very easy and intuitive. It's also fast (one or two days) to create the models. I had some questions along the way and the support helped me a lot!
