Reviews Summary
The reviews for the Gleam app on Shopify are mixed, with both positive and negative feedback. Positive aspects include easy navigation, good customer service, useful features for running giveaways, and the ability to drive traffic and engage customers effectively. Users appreciate the platform for its functionality in setting up competitions and monitoring attendance. However, negative feedback revolves around issues with billing, confusion with account setup, lack of language support, and high costs for certain features. Some users experienced unexpected charges, confusion with account authorization, and limitations on entry methods unless upgrading to higher-priced plans. Overall, Gleam is praised for its effectiveness in running competitions and engaging with audiences, but there are concerns about transparency in pricing and customer service.
