I switched to them last year from companies we were using for 10+ years. It was nerve racking for such a big change but so happy we did it! The vast functionality and ease of use over the other guys was quickly noticed and appreciated. Others claim dedicated help staff but I never experienced the hands on assistance whenever requested by a kind, understanding and dedicated team at Willow. With the growing AI functionality being added almost daily, dont think about switching, do it! This 12 year old e commerce business feels new optimism and hope for continued growth with Willow's help and capabilities.
