Wonderful! Super enthusiastic support! This app is really helpful with very effective related product recommendations and upsell features. The interface is easy to use and setup is quick. What impressed me the most was the support team. I had a few minor questions while customizing, and the support staff responded almost immediately. They were super enthusiastic and patiently guided me step-by-step, resolving the issue completely. It's very rare to find such a dedicated and wonderful support team.

Have been using the app for a while and generally pleased with it. However, it recently stopped working on our legacy template following an update. I reached out to the Tipo support team for help and they fixed it without fuss and very quickly. I am happy to recommend both them and the app to other Shopify store owners.

We’ve been using the Related Products app on our Shopify store. We rely on manual recommendations to individually match parts that fit the same car model, and the app handles this perfectly once they are set up. This makes it easy for us to display other parts that are an exact fit for the car model, minimising buyer errors and upselling the other configurations for that vehicle. The support has been outstanding - quick, helpful, and responsive when we had an issue with the app not displaying in our theme. They also assisted with a small customisation at the same time to ensure our +VAT product pricing displayed correctly.

There was bug with our App that prevented manual recommendations from working properly, Sarah from Support was excellent help and fixed the issue efficiently.
