Highly recommend! I highly recommend all GLOBO apps! Customer service is excellent, very friendly and fast! They have Superior customer service and have made all their products very simple to use!!

Simply the best upsell apps out there. There are a lot and I have used almost all of them. None of them compares to the functionalities the Globo app has. Simply the best. The support is amazing too and the app very easy to set up. It really increases your sales!

I would definitely recommend this app as I had recently moved to a new external theme (not supported by Shopify), which meant that I needed lots of tough customisations done (such as the moving of the "Frequently Bought" section as well as the editing of the font size and type to be similar to my theme) and to be honest, I had low expectations at first but Sarah and her dev team impressed me so much as they were so on point, on the ball and had everything done to a T. A+ for customer service as well as she was so polite and assuring throughout the email conversations!

We are using the app for related products and last viewed products. We had some problems with our code so I asked the support team to check. They instantly checked and replied super fast. Furthermore they were very friendly and it was a very good experience. I can definitely recommend this app!

Pros: - Great support team. They helped us so so much. The team helped us align the look and feel of the widgets with the rest of the website. - Price: compared to enterprise level upsell Shopify apps, this is affordable. - Multiple use cases: frequently bought together, recently viewed, product recommendation, etc. We can do many things with this app. Cons: - You cannot easily test Frequently Bought Together widget and Related Product widget as the app show those widgets to every theme once the widgets are activated on the app. You will need to contact the support to add a custom CSS to the theme to hide it until you are ready to publish the widgets. Overall, we are very happy with this app.

I feel that even someone like me who is not computer savvy can use this app without any problems. They were so prompt to reply to matters that I did not understand or needed to be modified, and they fixed my request quickly.

The app was working well until I changed my shopify template. But the GLO support team promptly fixed my issue. Their response time to my question was less than an hour and the repair job to my ecommerce site was fixed in less than a day. I highly recommend this app and the team behind it.

This GLO app is a must have for AOV. Not only is it easy to setup and use, Sarah is amazing when it comes to customer service. I made a small suggestion and next thing you know it was implemented! Keep up the great work!
