We've been using the app for a few years now and e-gift cards have become an good revenue stream for us. Rom has been really helpful with making tweaks and helping us to use new features to make sure that the app works really well for our business.

This app is a great find. It improves the basic Shopify gift card system and adds some much-needed features at an affordable price. As a bonus, the developers are very communicative and helpful when we have had an issue. I would highly recommend it.

We've just launched our online store, and this app works well for our needs. We recently had an issue where the app did not work but that was because of some location settings on our end. When we reached out to the team for assistance, they were prompt and happy to help! They resolved our issue very professionally. It was easy to launch and do what we needed, but we had to cancel due to all of the fraudulent chargebacks we received. The fraudulent scale wasn't reliable.
We want to clarify for future merchants that our app does not process payments and is not the source of fraudulent chargebacks. These issues stem from checkout settings or discount code configurations.
