We've been using the app for a few years now and e-gift cards have become an good revenue stream for us. Rom has been really helpful with making tweaks and helping us to use new features to make sure that the app works really well for our business.

This app is a great find. It improves the basic Shopify gift card system and adds some much-needed features at an affordable price. As a bonus, the developers are very communicative and helpful when we have had an issue. I would highly recommend it.

We've just launched our online store, and this app works well for our needs. We recently had an issue where the app did not work but that was because of some location settings on our end. When we reached out to the team for assistance, they were prompt and happy to help! They resolved our issue very professionally. It was easy to launch and do what we needed, but we had to cancel due to all of the fraudulent chargebacks we received. The fraudulent scale wasn't reliable.
We want to clarify for future merchants that our app does not process payments and is not the source of fraudulent chargebacks. These issues stem from checkout settings or discount code configurations. Really loving this app so far! We simply wanted our customers to be able to send a digital gift card directly to the recipient, be able to leave a personalized message, and select the date that they wanted it sent. It was super easy to customize the way the product look and the email notifications that were sent out. Also, customer service was so fast and friendly! 5 stars!

This is such a fantastic app and exactly what I needed for my website. It doesn't interfere with any other parts of my website and is simple and easy to set up. It is also really easy for the customer to use. I had a slight problem when I first installed the app and the support I received was excellent! The developers answered my emails in super fast time and solved the issue extremely quickly. I would highly recommend this app if you are looking for an easy to use email gift card.

This amazing app has completely transformed my store's gift card sales. It is so easy to use, and the support is quick and helpful. Before using Go Gift Cards, the customer experience was confusing at best, but with this app the gift card purchase flow is intuitive and even fun and creative for the customer. I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to improve their store's gift card experience - I'd give it 6 stars if I could!
