GoDataFeed has top notch and very responsive Support. I had a complicated issue that was somewhat even difficult to explain. Danielle from GoDataFeed figured out the issue and expertly resolved it. The product is great, but the Support is better, even though I rarely have to use it. I highly recommend GoDataFeed for the product and the Support!

Top-tier functionality with a strong balance between ease of use and advanced features. One thing that really surprised me—they're able to generate Google Local Inventory feeds for each of our store locations using just a single input. Very efficient and well-designed.

We all likely have dozens of apps associated with our sites. I have only one that's highly responsive, solution-oriented, and PROACTIVE. It's GoDataFeed. In less than 24 hours, Jason helped us resolve an issue that was about to get our Merchant Center account suspended. Not only was this issue resolved, but he also found another issue and resolved that one for us as well. I've used some of the other, very popular, feed management apps and never experienced this level of service.

GoDataFeed has been awesome! Super easy to use, and it’s made managing product feeds across different channels way less stressful. Their chat service is really great too—super fast, helpful, and always there when I need them. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an easy way to handle product feeds.

Love godatafeed but the app is TERRIBLE. It doesn't even bring in the google categories. It overwrites your field mapping on every update. This and more issues. Half baked shopify extension.

We've been assisting users for 17 years with shopping feeds, we'd love to be able to assist you with these issues you are reporting. Field mappings aren't typically overridden unless you may not have saved the values in the app appropriately. Feeds submit to the channel and then the channel can override data as needed. When it comes to Google product categories, Google automatically categorizes this once the feed is ingested and we suggest only mapping this value if you are seeing inconsistencies. In our system, we have a category section where you can create logic based on your product data to your preferred Google Product Category branch to submit on the feed level. Feeds typically override data within GMC so it would be challenging to bring in data that GMC is creating based on your feed data. Feel free to contact help@godatafeed if there are any additional details we may be able to assist you with to ensure this may not be a bug you are encountering.

GoDataFeed has maintained itself as a presence in all of my ecommerce projects over the last decade; across 10 separate businesses, we have utilized their services to create and maintain a unitized catalog and our success has often times hinged on specific features we needed or just hand holding to get us set up properly. Before Amazon dominated and there was more competition in terms of marketplaces, GoDataFeed would push our catalog of over 100k SKU's to over 10 marketplaces seamlessly. I'm glad they've stuck around and I look forward to continuing our relationship.

GoDataFeed has been easy to use, and has been able to replace other integrations we had built to save both money and time. Setting up a feed is pretty simple and straightforward, and the mapping allows us to customize the data to our specific needs.

GoDataFeed have an amazing support team, they are always answering all my emails very fast and I would like to congrats all of them, mainly the Danielle Jagendorf, who is unstoppable and really helping on my requests completely very well. I hope they keep it going up because will be the number one company in the world for feeds, working on this way.

App got our feed banned off of Google Merchant Center and Facebook Feed. We had it down for 5 days with little to no support from the customer service team. The team was unknowledgeable and we had to switch to another feed provider.

We'd be more than happy to clarify a few facts about your experience after an investigation by our team. - Though we are a DIY software, our team still provided several hours of support to help you as shown via various ticket/email threads. We always try to work with all customers to resolve their issues. - You also claimed that our “App got our feed banned off of Google Merchant Center and Facebook Feed.” That is simply not true as you never uploaded a Facebook feed from our system. When it comes to Google you had consistent data issues that we were more than willing to work with you on, however, by this time you had already chosen to leave GoDataFeed. - If we are not the right fit we completely understand but we don’t believe the 1-star review is reflective of our software and team. We would appreciate it if you were to remove this review as this does not reflect our practices or team. We are fans of 72hours.ca and your safety gear. We look forward to hearing from you in the future.

The team at GoDataFeed is knowledgeable, quick to respond and always happy to help. Recently, we were faced with a Google violation due to a Shopify issue. Unfortunately, Shopify support could not provide us with a successful solution, but Erick at GoDataFeed stuck with me until we came up with a workaround. Their customer service is second to none.

I was charged despite deactivating my account before trial period ended. I was unable to get my feed to work so followed the onscreen rules but was still charged. I am too busy for this sort of nonsense. Turns out this is more about Shopify. The customer service here is good and responsive. Lesson learned here . . . .

The team at GoDataFeed has been great to work with. We ran into issues with our Shopify-native Google Shopping feed where we couldn't assign MPNs to product variants. Without MPNs we were not able to sync up our product reviews feed. With GoDataFeed we have the flexibility to make associations and adjustments as needed. Highly recommend. The service has been quick to respond, thorough in their explanations, and at no point have we felt like the process was out of our control.

This App is super easy to setup, integrates with Shopify fast and is very straight forward. My client/store owner was able to do the integration and I just had to choose the template and map a few things to get our first feed running. So far so good. I Highly recommend the app for anyone setting up a feed that wants more control and optimization than the stock Shopify Fee Channels.
