THe most useless app on Shopify App Store. I will finish my review just saying a simple thing. This app takes your a whole day or If I'm not exgerrating it would take around 4-5 hours to create a feed on the other hand by conicidence I installed another app literally I'm not lying, I just did one click and my work was done. This app is so confusing that it literally made me throw off my laptop!

GoDataFeed has maintained itself as a presence in all of my ecommerce projects over the last decade; across 10 separate businesses, we have utilized their services to create and maintain a unitized catalog and our success has often times hinged on specific features we needed or just hand holding to get us set up properly. Before Amazon dominated and there was more competition in terms of marketplaces, GoDataFeed would push our catalog of over 100k SKU's to over 10 marketplaces seamlessly. I'm glad they've stuck around and I look forward to continuing our relationship.

GoDataFeed has been easy to use, and has been able to replace other integrations we had built to save both money and time. Setting up a feed is pretty simple and straightforward, and the mapping allows us to customize the data to our specific needs.

GoDataFeed have an amazing support team, they are always answering all my emails very fast and I would like to congrats all of them, mainly the Danielle Jagendorf, who is unstoppable and really helping on my requests completely very well. I hope they keep it going up because will be the number one company in the world for feeds, working on this way.

Awesome app! (Awesomer support!) In a short time I was able to change or swap out noncompliant values AND modify high impact attributes for a noticeable boost ctr and cpc. They built my Google Shopping feed at no cost then I was able to replicate it for my Facebook and Instagram shops. Worth the investment.

App got our feed banned off of Google Merchant Center and Facebook Feed. We had it down for 5 days with little to no support from the customer service team. The team was unknowledgeable and we had to switch to another feed provider.

We'd be more than happy to clarify a few facts about your experience after an investigation by our team. - Though we are a DIY software, our team still provided several hours of support to help you as shown via various ticket/email threads. We always try to work with all customers to resolve their issues. - You also claimed that our “App got our feed banned off of Google Merchant Center and Facebook Feed.” That is simply not true as you never uploaded a Facebook feed from our system. When it comes to Google you had consistent data issues that we were more than willing to work with you on, however, by this time you had already chosen to leave GoDataFeed. - If we are not the right fit we completely understand but we don’t believe the 1-star review is reflective of our software and team. The team at GoDataFeed is knowledgeable, quick to respond and always happy to help. Recently, we were faced with a Google violation due to a Shopify issue. Unfortunately, Shopify support could not provide us with a successful solution, but Erick at GoDataFeed stuck with me until we came up with a workaround. Their customer service is second to none.

I was charged despite deactivating my account before trial period ended. I was unable to get my feed to work so followed the onscreen rules but was still charged. I am too busy for this sort of nonsense. Turns out this is more about Shopify. The customer service here is good and responsive. Lesson learned here . . . .

The team at GoDataFeed has been great to work with. We ran into issues with our Shopify-native Google Shopping feed where we couldn't assign MPNs to product variants. Without MPNs we were not able to sync up our product reviews feed. With GoDataFeed we have the flexibility to make associations and adjustments as needed. Highly recommend. The service has been quick to respond, thorough in their explanations, and at no point have we felt like the process was out of our control.

This App is super easy to setup, integrates with Shopify fast and is very straight forward. My client/store owner was able to do the integration and I just had to choose the template and map a few things to get our first feed running. So far so good. I Highly recommend the app for anyone setting up a feed that wants more control and optimization than the stock Shopify Fee Channels.

Uploaded my request and when there was an issue, Steve the customer service rep was fast to call me and handle it. Clearly knowledgable staff and fantastic customer service! Much better experience then I've had with flexify or other feed providers.

I started using GoDataFeed about 8 years ago. I have used them on multiple Websites from small product databases to the one I run now with over 250,000 SKUs. I have tried many different services BUT none have been as great to deal with as GoDataFeed. And as far as I am concerned they are the only ones who can handle Shopify Metafield import properly.

Very rude people and totally unprofessional in the handover from Wordstream. We wouldn't recommend them at all as they stopped our feed while we were away on holiday. Seriously?
We are sorry that you had a negative experience migrating from Wordstream. We made several attempts to contact you to advise on the next steps or how to opt-out. We pride ourselves on our award-winning customer service. If you would like to resume your shopping channel feeds, we would be happy to get on a call to sort out any confusion.

I'm really liking this Godatafeed app. It's Next level google shopping optimization. I use it to modify what i output to google and to my other two channels - pinterest and facebook. Until recently I used the free google app from shopify and it worked fine but it doesn't allow for much optimization and I wanted customize my titles to add keywords and my descriptions to include extra fields of information. Godatafeed has all the customization and optimization options that I was looking for without being overly complicated. The support is a nice feature too. Really nice crew. They set up my first google feed and I even learned a few tricks by looking at how they did it. ps. I used to have an issue with throttling! Before with the free google app my uploads were taking a day sometimes two on one occasion 3 days. Godata doesn't slow down. No throttling! It just goes. One less thing to worry about.

Much easier to use than other apps and much cheaper than Channel Advisor. Their support team was very helpful every step of the way and the onboarding call is very useful! My feeds are easy to maintain and update now. They've helped me saved more time so I can get back to running my store.
