We’ve been using GoGetters for our dropshipping process and are very satisfied. Importing products is simple and works quickly, which makes setting up new products really easy. Order processing and syncing also work well and reliably. On top of that, the customer service is helpful and responds quickly when needed. Overall a great app if you’re looking for an easy and reliable solution for dropshipping. Definitely recommended.

Sinds ik de Gogetters app gebruik voor mijn webshop, bespaar ik gigantisch veel tijd. De integratie met Europese leveranciers verloopt volledig vlekkeloos en de product-synchronisatie werkt perfect.

Online ondersteuning is prima in orde. Men lost eventuele problemen op. Kan er goed mee overweg.

Ik heb veel problemen ervaren met het importeren van de producten. Dergelijke problemen doen zich niet voor als je rechtstreeks vanuit BigBuy of VidaXL importeert. Dit heeft me helaas 250 euro gekost. De medewerker van de klantenservice leek zelf ook niet te begrijpen wat er aan de hand was. Het spijt me, maar ik ben erg gefrustreerd. Ik heb hier dagenlang aan gewerkt zonder resultaat. Uiteindelijk heb ik besloten de software te deïnstalleren en het verlies te accepteren.

Inmiddels hebben wij al enkele jaren ervaring met GOGETTERS en wij zijn vanaf het eerste moment al zeer tevreden. De app biedt vele functionaliteiten, is zeer gebruikersvriendelijk, werkt goed en de service is top! Vragen worden altijd snel opgepakt en naar volle tevredenheid afgehandeld. Ze denken mee en nemen echt de tijd en moeite om te helpen. Wat wil je nog meer?

Gogetters scheelt mij ZOVEEL tijd. Zo blijft mijn shop onderhouden en kan ik bij strategische wijzigingen (prijs/marge/assortiment) snel schakelen! Ook de support is onwijs toegankelijk en kundig! Bedankt team Gogetters!!!

Ich bin zutiefst enttäuscht von dieser App. Mein gesamter Online-Shop ist ausverkauft, und die Lagerbestände von Vidaxl wurden auf null gesetzt.
