We’ve tested a lot of tracking apps, but Golden Tracker is the first one that truly gives us full control over the estimated delivery time. Instead of relying on inconsistent carrier data, we can set realistic timeframes that match our actual shipping process and that has made a huge difference in customer satisfaction. Since switching to Golden Tracker, our customer service tickets have dropped significantly. Customers get clear, accurate updates without being overwhelmed by unnecessary tracking steps. Most apps show too much and confuse the buyer, this one keeps it simple and focused. We also love that the order is only marked as delivered when it actually arrives. That level of accuracy is something we didn’t get with other tools.
