goodChatBot: AI Chatbot
GoodChatBot is an AI chatbot for Shopify stores that answers product and support questions using store data, including data from Shopify apps, merchant instructions, connected tools, and historical support conversations. It can recommend products, provide order updates, support multiple languages, and follow custom chat flows. Merchants can customize the chat experience, review conversation history, and let human agents join conversations when needed.

Still working on refining but it has been very beneficial with answering customer questions without having to return a phone call or send an email.
