SumUp Stock Sync

Does not work, having failed to sync for weeks and being told to force sync - it has now apparently synced however the stock levels on my shopify store have not altered to match the back office stock level. Customer service is utterly shocking, they don't seem to understand their own system and seem to only want to upsell everything. Make your app work! I will tell every business to avoid at all costs. spent £800 on till system and £58 pm on fee for a service that doesn't work
Its not supported by all there products another hash up from SumUp only works with goodtill by Sumup. So you buy there equipment (tablet and card reader) to then be told it’s not .

Does not work in Germany. only in the UK :-(
