Wonderful support first of all. If u got any request about whatever u need. There is always help. No waiting at all. Moreover it is easy to integrate via the api. So only 5 stars from me. I am not the best person to review as I haven't set up my Google ads properly to actually use this service properly. I have been on a chat with Neha though today, and Neha and the team are currently checking my Google ads account to find out where the problem is, absolutely brilliant customer service and advising, hugely patient with a noob like myself, I really appreciated all the help I received just now and I am looking forward to their email tomorrow about my google ads :)

Great support! The app works like it's supposed to. It made setting up dynamic retargeting with Google Ads so much easier and saved us the headache of hiring a contractor/developer to do the event tracking setup for us. I see a reviewer called PicToArt who is giving a 1-star review. They don't understand that this app is for DYNAMIC retargeting, which isn't easy to setup for a non-technical person. What they are describing is the most basic form of retargeting with Google Ads. If you want to send DYNAMIC retargeting ads, then this is the tool for you to use. The results start coming in within hours of setup.

This is a great app that moves you ahead of the game on retargeting regardless of you personal expertise with Google ads. These guys are pros and their app does exactly what they say it will, which is not always the case with Shopify apps. Also, their customer support is great. They answer all questions quickly. I highly recommend it.
