Great support! The app works like it's supposed to. It made setting up dynamic retargeting with Google Ads so much easier and saved us the headache of hiring a contractor/developer to do the event tracking setup for us. I see a reviewer called PicToArt who is giving a 1-star review. They don't understand that this app is for DYNAMIC retargeting, which isn't easy to setup for a non-technical person. What they are describing is the most basic form of retargeting with Google Ads. If you want to send DYNAMIC retargeting ads, then this is the tool for you to use. The results start coming in within hours of setup.

The customer service is very responsive and helpful. So far so good. They reached via email on multiple occasions to ensure the apps were installed properly and were reporting.

It does what it says it's going to do. That's the highest praise that I can give for an app like this. You do have to pay the fee that others have said once you activate it but it's well worth the cost if you're busy and don't have time to implement code for hundreds or thousands of pages.
