I've sent several emails and have yet received a response requesting assistance due to app issues.. The communication is a true issue.
No customer support. It's a paid app I'm paying for and they choose to not respond to their customers. I've probably emailed them 3 times without response.
Helpful and responsive support team, good customisation options and reasonable price.
Looked for a solution to implement the opt-in widget for quite a while since Shopify forced checkout extensions. This works just perfect
