Never worked. Charged for app nearly two years. canceled subscription and app continued to charge. Try together refund and no one, Shopify and google rocket app, says the other has to refund.

Regarding the billing, Shopify manages all app charges and processes them on the billing cycle, even if a subscription is canceled in between. Refunds, however, must be initiated from our end, and once submitted, Shopify may take some time to process them. That said, we did process a refund for the recent charges as a goodwill gesture.
