I’ve been using Appio for my Shopify store, and I couldn’t be happier with how easy it was to integrate! The setup process was smooth and not complicated at all. The design is sleek and neat, and I love that it offers so many customization options to tailor the look and feel exactly how I want it. On top of that, Amy from customer service has been incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a user-friendly, professional solution!

Fantastic app for showcasing Google Reviews! We've been using Google Reviews by Appio to display customer feedback on our Shopify store, and it works seamlessly. The app is not working and nobody is responding. Here is my message to them: Hi, I am trying to add Grid 2 to my pages but the app is throwing out an error. I am using AVONE shopify theme. Please could you assist? This is the error I am getting: "undefined" not added. There is a problem with the app block. Contact the app developer.

Fantastic App! Great Team! This is such a great app to integrate my Google reviews with my Shopify Store. The staff were wonderful in helping me to set it up, there fast response and quick reaction to help me fix any issues was fantastic. I would highly recommend this app.

We had tried displaying our Google Reviews before using other apps and on our own with code. This app was so much easier to install and setup, and it has a lot of options for how to display your reviews. Please note, as mentioned by another reviewer here, there is a "watermark" (as they call it) and they ask you to write a review to get it removed. I was uncomfortable with this because I will only review a product when I’ve had a chance to use it. I want my reviews to be honest. I told them that and that I would write a review based on my experience with their app, and they removed the watermark. One request, though I don’t know if this is unique to us or if others would use it, too: I’d like to be able to put the widget on pages. For example, we have a page with the details about our brick-and-mortar store, so I’d like the reviews to appear there. Thank you, Appio, for offering a well-made app for free! EDIT: I wanted to add one more note, because I read reviews before making my decision about an app: There is a negative review here that says you can’t filter reviews. I don’t know if that was written before the feature existed or if the OP simply didn’t see the option, but you CAN filter featured reviews based on star rating and/or by creating a list of blocked words. EDIT2: I made a request in my review, and a week later I see that the developer has made the change requested. Amazing!

The app works exactly as described, was simple to setup and integrate into my webpage. There are a lot of choices in how the reviews are displayed. Fantastic app!!

Amazing app. Easy to install and configure the settings for the appearance of the reviews. Also, great customer service to support whenever I need an assistance while using the app. Highly recommend to anyone in the future!
