Hi - I'm not sure if you're talking about adding product images via product sync, or using the Google Product Studio feature. You are able to add additional item images to your Shopify products and we will sync ALL of those images to Google as well. This is the Products > Media part of Shopify, and it gets sent to Google as Image and Additional Images. I wasn't able to find any tickets or support requests before this review, so I'd recommend you contact our support team with your issue since I wasn't able to figure out which aspect of the app wasn't working for you.
