Shopify no me deja vincular Google Merchant Center porque dice que no soy superadministrador PERO SI QUE LO SOY. Tanto en shopify, como en Google Merchant Center y en el perfil de empresa de Google ¿Qué puedo hacer?
Hola, parece que no nos enviaste ninguna solicitud de soporte antes de escribir la reseña. Enviar una solicitud a través de la app te habría dado respuesta en cuestión de días, pero enviar una reseña de 1 estrella tardará mucho más en solucionar tu problema y no puedo responderte directamente como lo haría un agente de soporte. Nuestros agentes podrían haber verificado tu acceso o incluso haberte conectado manualmente si hubiera algún problema con las validaciones automáticas. Además, parece que tu problema ya se resolvió. Por lo que sé, tus productos se están sincronizando con Google. Si sigues teniendo problemas, envía una solicitud a nuestro equipo de soporte haciendo clic en los tres puntos de la app y luego en "Obtener soporte", o haciendo clic en "Obtener soporte" en la parte inferior de la página de la app. Hi - it doesn't look like you submitted any support tickets to us before writing the review. Submitting a ticket through the app would have gotten you a response within days, but submitting a 1 star review will take a lot longer to fix your problem and I can't directly respond to you like a support agent could. Our agents could have double-checked your access or even manually connected you if there was an issue with the automatic validations. Additionally, it looks like your issue was already resolved. Your products are currently syncing to Google from what I can tell. If you're still having issues, please submit a ticket to our support team by clicking the three dots in the app and clicking Get Support, or by clicking Get Support on the bottom of the app page
