We've used Greenspark at Honolua Ukuleles for two years. Every ukulele we sell plants five trees, and our solid-top models plant kelp off the BC coast as well. It runs on its own once it's set up, and the public impact page gives customers something real to check. Their support is the part that stands out. I asked to change our plan, and Lenny took care of the switch and the refund. He even kept on a feature we rely on, which our new plan doesn't normally include. He was friendly and patient the whole way and followed up until it was done. That's rare with app vendors. If you want an easy way to tie your sales to real planting, we'd recommend it.
We’ve been using Greenspark for a few months now and have been really pleased with it. We make a charity donation for every order placed, and Greenspark handles all aspects of this seamlessly, making it very easy for us to build giving back into our everyday business. The app adds genuine value to our customer proposition without creating extra admin for our team. We’ve had a couple of minor issues along the way, but the Greenspark team have always responded quickly and efficiently and got everything sorted. A great app, backed up by excellent support. Very happy to recommend it.
