The Grommet has been the easiest and most user friendly platform to launch our product on. And, the guidance/recommendations we received pre-launch as well as the post launch support have been excellent! I know that I am talking to a real live person throughout the journey! I give an A+ to the Grommet platform and to the team! :-)

Our team at LIVFRESH had a seamless experience partnering with Grommet! The platform is an innovative version of Product Hunt for CPG. The onboarding was seamless, and their team takes a unique approach showcasing trending products to Grommet users, ranging from the landing page design to the product description. We loved how they worked with us to craft compelling copy and integrate Founder stories. The upvote feature is truly engaging and interactive as well. From brand exposure to new customer acquisition, Grommet provided us with a definitive lift in site visitors and conversions. We hope to work with the Grommet team again in the near future!

Launched on Grommet last week and immediately received 1/2 dozen orders. Great communications with Grommet staff and it forced me to make a video which I had been procrastinating about.

Working with The Grommet has been really good. Set up and launch was really easy, and their video tutorials were really helpful. We had a good response, both on the Grommet platform and in terms of sales on our site. I wouldn't hesitate to give The Grommet a try if it's something you're considering.

The app screws up when there's more than 1 color/variant but the manual support was only 1 email away. It only took less than an hour to get a good resolution. This is still pretty new so we're not sure what will happen going forward as products and discounts should never be "perpetual" - it's not good business practice to do so. From a consumer point of view, a perpetual discount has been shown to be linked to false advertising. It would be much better if there's a time limit, or an adjustment to the discount % after a period of time. Back to support - that's simply a great support team. Margin-wise you get pretty much wholesale margin and a week plus exposure/revenue.

Great experience with Grommet! Just finished launch week, and while I didn't win the product of the week, I still feel like a winner with the extra orders and promotion. Integration with Shopify worked great. Grommet team communicated clearly. Definitely will do it again if I launch another product

We've tested several platforms like This Is Why I'm Broke, SUATMM & etc., and so far Grommet is the most small business friendly one to fast track the market validation. I would say they've gone beyond being just a platform. Actually they're more like a partner that always put your interest first: 1. A well thought out mechanism to nurture the growth: unlike other platforms which charge you upfront, they have this very healthy mechanism which place your products in prominent spot for 7 days for free to facilitate growth and then promote your items on commission to allow a mutual growth. Instead of launching as many products as possible each time, which makes more monetary sense to them, they control the number of products in each launch period to help you ensure you get the maximum exposure & traffic! 2. They set you up for success: along the way, Greg and his team have proactive provided lots of guides and tutorials to help me familiarise with and make the most of the platform. What's even better, they go the extra mile to provide the marketing materials! 3. Excellent support: their support is outstanding! Always responsive, patient and informative. And I really like that the team delivered the CS in a very human way instead of throwing your length confusing docs or chatting like a AI chatbot.
