Grommet: Launch Your Product

We had a great experience launching with Grommet. Their team was friendly and easy to work with, it got our product in front of a lot of new people, and immediately generated sales.

The app screws up when there's more than 1 color/variant but the manual support was only 1 email away. It only took less than an hour to get a good resolution. This is still pretty new so we're not sure what will happen going forward as products and discounts should never be "perpetual" - it's not good business practice to do so. From a consumer point of view, a perpetual discount has been shown to be linked to false advertising. It would be much better if there's a time limit, or an adjustment to the discount % after a period of time. Back to support - that's simply a great support team. Margin-wise you get pretty much wholesale margin and a week plus exposure/revenue.

Great experience with Grommet! Just finished launch week, and while I didn't win the product of the week, I still feel like a winner with the extra orders and promotion. Integration with Shopify worked great. Grommet team communicated clearly. Definitely will do it again if I launch another product

The Grommet featured us in the products of the week and we definitely saw some increase in traffic and conversions. These guys are organized and they have a large audience. We look forward to teaming up more as time goes on!

We've tested several platforms like This Is Why I'm Broke, SUATMM & etc., and so far Grommet is the most small business friendly one to fast track the market validation. I would say they've gone beyond being just a platform. Actually they're more like a partner that always put your interest first: 1. A well thought out mechanism to nurture the growth: unlike other platforms which charge you upfront, they have this very healthy mechanism which place your products in prominent spot for 7 days for free to facilitate growth and then promote your items on commission to allow a mutual growth. Instead of launching as many products as possible each time, which makes more monetary sense to them, they control the number of products in each launch period to help you ensure you get the maximum exposure & traffic! 2. They set you up for success: along the way, Greg and his team have proactive provided lots of guides and tutorials to help me familiarise with and make the most of the platform. What's even better, they go the extra mile to provide the marketing materials! 3. Excellent support: their support is outstanding! Always responsive, patient and informative. And I really like that the team delivered the CS in a very human way instead of throwing your length confusing docs or chatting like a AI chatbot.

Love love love this platform for small business. Huge help with brand awareness and with getting sales. The Grommet community and team are one of kind!

Phenomenal Team and great added exposure!

We really appreciate the fact that they are a platform that features products from small businesses and entrepreneurs. So far our experience has been good using The Grommet App. It worked seamlessly with Shopify, was easy to set up our product on their shopping channel and get our listing up on their website. We've only been live for one week, but we have seen about a 12% conversion rate on visitors from their website.

The Grommet connectivity seems to be strong and there has been a lot of communications sent for our launch week with informative emails.
