Overall, had a great experience with The Grommet. The set up process was easy and the support, especially from Greg, was fantastic. This is such a unique way to support small businesses and entrepreneurs - thank you Grommet!

We've tested several platforms like This Is Why I'm Broke, SUATMM & etc., and so far Grommet is the most small business friendly one to fast track the market validation. I would say they've gone beyond being just a platform. Actually they're more like a partner that always put your interest first: 1. A well thought out mechanism to nurture the growth: unlike other platforms which charge you upfront, they have this very healthy mechanism which place your products in prominent spot for 7 days for free to facilitate growth and then promote your items on commission to allow a mutual growth. Instead of launching as many products as possible each time, which makes more monetary sense to them, they control the number of products in each launch period to help you ensure you get the maximum exposure & traffic! 2. They set you up for success: along the way, Greg and his team have proactive provided lots of guides and tutorials to help me familiarise with and make the most of the platform. What's even better, they go the extra mile to provide the marketing materials! 3. Excellent support: their support is outstanding! Always responsive, patient and informative. And I really like that the team delivered the CS in a very human way instead of throwing your length confusing docs or chatting like a AI chatbot.

Grommet was a great way to meet new customers and get the word out about our product. We saw higher conversion levels than on any other platform. The tech for the app worked seamlessly.

Everything about working with Grommet and the Grommet app was easy and straight forward. The product launch and sales coming through the platform went as smooth as possible with zero issues. I would highly recommend adding it to any e-commerce store.

We really appreciate the fact that they are a platform that features products from small businesses and entrepreneurs. So far our experience has been good using The Grommet App. It worked seamlessly with Shopify, was easy to set up our product on their shopping channel and get our listing up on their website. We've only been live for one week, but we have seen about a 12% conversion rate on visitors from their website.

We’ve absolutely LOVED our experience with Grommet! Everything has been easy and smooth (probably the easiest launch experience. One thing that has really stood out to us has been the support we’ve had during our launch. This has been a platform that truly supports small businesses, their products, and the inventors themselves. This has been the one launch I’ve been truly excited for because the support surrounded behind the launch. Another really cool and unique experience I didn’t expect from Grommet was the encouragement to just get behind the camera and talk about our product ourselves which has translated over to our own social media platforms. I highly recommend launching on grommet for small businesses to get further exposure, sales, and the experience of working with a great team!

The team there is great to work with. We sold on the Grommet a few years back and had a very positive experience. We love the new way they are doing this, and it integrates really well with our Shopify store and overall selling experience.

I love working with the Grommet: Launch Your Product app! It was so easy to install! The process was very quick. We had some conversions using this and it was great! We worked with Greg and he was just awesome! He helped every way he can with our launch page and was successful!

Great way to get additional distribution! Very streamlined and detailed process by their team. They hand-hold you through the entire way and do a great job in giving you additional exposure.

So far it has been a nice experience seeing the number of people visiting our page on Grommet and up-voting it for the 20% savings. The number of purchases for us was about 7% of upvotes in total. I hope that the up-voters get emails to remind them of how great our product is as I would assume if you up-vote something, you are more inclined to purchase vs just collecting votes, then again....even though something is "Super Cool" does not always warrant a sale. Price points are great for now and hope to see the sales continue!
