I LOVEEEE working with Grommet. The process from the beginning has been perfectly explained and executed. They were there every step of the way to explain how to set up my product on their platform. It was very EASY. And their customer base is a GREAT customer base looking to BUY innovative products such as the ones they list. I'm on Etsy, Walmart, Amazon, and my own site but by far the easiest to launch on has been the Grommet. I also think my product is showcased really well - not too many images, just enough to not look cluttered, and a video right on the front page. I've been very happy with the site and customer service when I did have a hiccup. Always heard back within the hour or sooner!
