Extremely long wait times for quotes, sometimes not receiving any at all which has forced me to use other drop shippers. Agents not helping with requests for SKUs or giving shipping information - overall delays and unprofessionalism.

Tracking is automatically uploaded to the store and all orders are always shipped on time by the team.
