Extremely long wait times for quotes, sometimes not receiving any at all which has forced me to use other drop shippers. Agents not helping with requests for SKUs or giving shipping information - overall delays and unprofessionalism.

We've had a great experience using this app! Setup was simple, and it integrated smoothly with our store. The support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The product catalog is solid and deliveries have been reliable. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a dependable solution to scale your store.

I’ve received several complaints from customers about the quality of your products being noticeably lower compared to my other suppliers. This is impacting my brand reputation and customer retention. Additionally, the return process has proven to be extremely difficult, especially for customers who simply want to return a product they’re not satisfied with. This has further contributed to negative feedback and frustration on the customer end. The products quality is really bad and shipping times are extremely long even though if you pay extra for charges for faster shipping. Customer reaching out they were missing parts in their orders. Some packages were not delivered even after 20 days.
