We sell to both registered GST businesses and retail consumers. Managing that distinction used to be a manual nightmare. The advanced B2B customer management feature lets us tag and track GST-registered clients separately and generate the right report type for each. Exactly what we needed.

The invoice customization is far beyond what I expected from a GST app. We have a very specific invoice format our enterprise clients require, and the advanced customization options let us match it almost exactly. No other app we tried came close to this level of flexibility.
