I initially had some reservations before trying out this app, but it has far exceeded my expectations. it's crucial for me to ensure the correct GST is displayed on my invoices, and this app handles that perfectly. The customer support is truly outstanding whenever I need help, the support team is always quick to respond and incredibly helpful, which is a rarity with many apps. I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend it to anyone needing reliable and responsive service.

We have been using GST Webplanex for more than a year. App works fine and meets our requirements of GST invoicing. There is an option to issue manual GST invoice for B2B transactions where customers share their GST number for input credit. I wish same can also be incorporated automatically soon in the app. Overall a decent app! Thanks to their excellent customer service and very short response time! Recommend!

Very happy with webplanex gst software that has made invoice generation and tax filing very automated. Their support is also prompt and available for any issues. Some UI issues persist that can make invoice management manually laborious. Especially that there is no way to bulk update gst rates and hsn codes or have them linked with metafields from the product page. Hopefully these features can be added in future updates

We have using the Webplanex app for the past few months to manage my website order's and it has significantly improved my workflow. The app is user-friendly, feature-rich, and has significantly improved our productivity. What stands out the most is their outstanding support system. Whenever we encounter an issue, their responsive and knowledgeable team resolves it quickly. Highly recommend! Overall, I give it 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Webplanex was easy to install and super fast to download gst invoices. I was using another GST app that took forever to download invoices at the end of the month. Jyoti from webplanex replies almost immediately and is always available to help with queries. They also helped me sync old orders. Highly recommend their services.

We had a terrible experience recently with the app after using them for more than a year. They have held us ransom to upgrading our plan to access previous month data which we have already paid for. It was excruciating and we had to eventually do as they said as the data required was time sensitive. Their support team blames it on company policies - but what sort of company policy takes away your data which you have already paid for and are still paying them for their current month plan as well? This is extremely unjust, unfair and would cross a line of cheating and holding us ransom. I'm disgusted by their unfair practices and am going to look at actively finding a new application for this.
