The team at WebPlanex doing a phenomenal job. They were professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the process. The option to generate offline bill does not work, after filling a long list of orders multiple times, within less than 1 minute, it fails with a 410 not found error, I do not know what that means, and I do not want to know either since they have been charging every month regardless of the usage and one time when I actually needed to use the app, it did not work.

Webplanex is really helpful for us with comprehensive GST invoice creation for our online orders. We have been using it since 2 years with no issues and it is very user friendly. Also the reporting makes it a lot easier to extract the required details.
