The team at WebPlanex doing a phenomenal job. They were professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the process. They took the time to understand specific needs and created an engaging and user-friendly experience. we were facing rate wise sales report, only by the WebPlanex app though we can get satisfying reports. The team (Jyoti ma'am) is very available for quick solutions and any suggestions. I can recommend 100%.

Webplanex is really helpful for us with comprehensive GST invoice creation for our online orders. We have been using it since 2 years with no issues and it is very user friendly. Also the reporting makes it a lot easier to extract the required details.

I have started using the Startup plan and needed some help for historic invoices. Jyoti, from WebPlanex team was more than helpful through the process and answering all our questions patiently and very quickly. The app is easy to configure and is very user friendly with multiple options to make tax invoices easier. I look forward to using the app, given the excellent experience.

The application is incredibly straightforward and is an essential tool to have. However, I would like to suggest the inclusion of a bulk export and import feature to streamline the process of updating GST and HSN. This enhancement would be particularly beneficial for stores with a high volume of SKUs, as manual updates for HSN and GST can become cumbersome over time.
