Extremely helpful customer support. I needed help with downloading and figuring out some invoice downloading settings and they really were helpful.

Had some wrong taxation issues while configuring wasn't able to change it on my own. Just contact support and Kalpesh from support helped a lot with nice help and easy steps. It was very nice support I would recommend people for adding this app

Very easy UI. And a great support service. It is easy to configure GST details for your inventory. Really serves the purpose.

I SWEAR TO GOD THE SUPPORT TEAM BEHIND THIS APP IS JUST AMAZING! THEY LITERALLY ENTERTAINED MY EVERY SINGLE QUESTION AND DOUBTS AND WAS ONCALL FOR STRAIGHT MORE THAN 1 HOUR!! WITHOUT A DOUBT GO FOR THIS APP! IT SATISFY MY ALL GST REQUIREMENTS

The app is really a good addition to Shopify. GST Invoice India simplifies the Invoicing process and return filing has become much easier with it. The reports generated are also very handy. The support team is prompt and helpful.

We are currently on the free plan yet the service is prompt and very accommodative of requests. One suggestion would be to enable invoicing in multi currency such that it is in sync with a 3rd party payment gateway that provides the multi currency checkout functionality.
