We have been using this app @ Thabisa.shop the last few months and have moved away from manual invoicing. They seem to have a very good customer service as the support is very responsive. One area for helping us - is to somehow help us accommodate the ability to add new items to the invoice when when we add free gifts to our customers (not part of original order). Will recommend this app to other Indian ecommerce stores.

I am using the GST Invoice India app for more than a year now and so far our experience with this app is awesome. The application is apt for Indian market considering the GST invoice requirement. The Webplanex team is quite responsive to customer needs and keeps on enhancing it with new features. The customer support provided to setup the app initially and to resolve issues encountered is commendable. I highly recommend this application for all your Invoicing needs.

This is a must have for any Indian store. Support is great and responsive. Only sad part is that have increased the prices and plan are a bit expensive. Hope they get there pricing right.

Its one of the most useful apps on Shopify. It automatically creates GST invoices for all orders, its very straightforward with a clean interface. The support is just excellent, never come across such great support from any of the other apps I use. They will fix every issue for you! 5 stars to this App!

If you are a website owner and want to focus on your business and not worry about billing, this app is a must. Indian company with quick service. Saves a lot of time, and do not fall under trap of Quickbooks.(we did that mistake haha) Cheers.

I don't normally review apps, but this one is a definite 5 star. Elegant and simple to use. Saves us a lot of time every day to use this instead of making manual invoices. What I like best about them is their customer service. I reported 2-3 bugs via email and they resolved it under a few hours. Kudos!

This app is an absolute must if your shop is for B2B customers in India. Makes GST invoice creation a breeze. When we needed an enhancement, team understood our needs and made the changes in short time frame. They are very supportive in terms of clarifying our queries. Would highly recommend this team.

Just started giving this app a try. Had some bugs but the team got it resolved immediately so that is nice. Hoping for more features in the app soon. Will review again once those are provided.
