I recently installed the app and it is great. It has all features required for GST reporting and tax invoice. Easy to integrate with store. Very good support provided.

Webplanex was easy to install and super fast to download gst invoices. I was using another GST app that took forever to download invoices at the end of the month. Jyoti from webplanex replies almost immediately and is always available to help with queries. They also helped me sync old orders. Highly recommend their services.

We had a terrible experience recently with the app after using them for more than a year. They have held us ransom to upgrading our plan to access previous month data which we have already paid for. It was excruciating and we had to eventually do as they said as the data required was time sensitive. Their support team blames it on company policies - but what sort of company policy takes away your data which you have already paid for and are still paying them for their current month plan as well? This is extremely unjust, unfair and would cross a line of cheating and holding us ransom. I'm disgusted by their unfair practices and am going to look at actively finding a new application for this.

I recently started using a webplanex GST invoice app, and it has been an excellent experience. The app is user-friendly making the process of creating and managing invoices incredibly efficient. We have been using webplanex GST since the beginning of the year and what I appreciate the most about this brand is how prompt the customer service is. There is always someone available to help you out with your queries or to troubleshoot with you. The app produces proper GST compliant invoices and has been very helpful to us.

Before I tried this app, I had a lot of doubts, but I'm happy to say it's been better than I expected. I've got five stores in different places, and it's really important for me to show the right GST on my invoices. This app does that really well. Plus, the service is great. The support team is always there to help quickly, which is not something you find with every app. So yeah, I definitely recommend this app, especially if you need to get your GST calculations spot on.
