Invoices look professional, easy to configure and the support is great. We initially had issues setting it up, but they resolved it.
We understand you are frustrated. We have sent you an email with our direct phone number and calendly link to book a call with us to resolve this issue. - We cannot pick taxes directly because Shopify does not provide an API for tax overrides - We have not "set up the percentage on their own in the app". I think you are referring to the default tax values under each product. The defaults should be updated with the exact tax amount you want. Hope you book a call with us to resolve this issue :)

One of the best apps to be integrated with the Shopify store for preparing GST invoices. It has all the required features to generate GST invoices easily and send them to customers through email. A must-have app for e-commerce startups. The support is also fine, worth using the app.
