I had an issue where the width of the icons were not ligned up with the rest of the website, leading to worse aesthetics. However, I was able to get help through the live chat, and we eventually fixed the issue with custom css. I am pleased with the customer support.

It's a very easy to use app with a lot of options. There are many icons to choose from, you can place the blocks anywhere you want, and the live chat is always there to help you out. I use it to add trust badges and even CTAs to my product pages. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to do the same.
