Çok faydalı bir uygulama. Kargo süreçlerimizi çok daha iyi yönetmeye başladık. İşlerimizi kolaylaştırdı. Teknik anlamda bir desteğe ihtiyaç duyduğunuz anda hemen çözüyorlar. Ekibe ulaşmak çok kolay. Telefonla arayarak, whatsapp'tan yazarak çok rahat iletişime geçebildim. Şurayı arayın, bu kişi sizinle ilgilensin gibi başından savan kimse yok. Arayınca hemen ulaşıyorsun ve ulaştığın kişi anında talebinle ilgilenmeye başlıyor. Ekipteki arkadaşlar çok ilgili. Çözdükten sonra geri dönüp her şey yolunda mı ilgilenmemiz gereken bir şey var mı diye soruyorlar. Çok memnunum tavsiye ederim.

E-Ticaret mağazamızda kargo entegrasyonu 4 yıldır kullanmaktaydık fakat 1 ay önce kargo entegrasyonunda müşteri iade bölümü ile ilgili sorun yaşadık ve bu sorunu çözmek için iletişime geçtik fakat garip bahaneler duyduk. Bunun üzerine Kargo Entegratör ( Gurmehub ) ile iletişime geçtik hızlı bir şekilde işlemlere başladık ve hızlı çözüme ulaştık. Bizimle ilgilenen Fatih Bey tüm isteklerimize hızlı ve sorun çözerek işlemleri sağladı kendisine ve Gurmehub ekibine teşekkür ederiz.
